We now provide online versions of our residential forms.  You can submit Residential Application, Termination, and Change of Service Address forms online with your computer or smartphone.

3. Sign and submit the application.

Processing Time:

Once submitted, please allow 1 business day for us to process your application. We will email status updates to you as the application is processed, or if we have any questions.
